i have been very very busy trying to move lately, thus lack of updates. This shall change very soon as I get things better organized.

getting on track
just had an amazing walk. came back home and did 80 jumping jacks, 100 crunches and 50 squats and leg lifts.
and i feel amazing yet i feel like i could have walked longer now…
there is always tomorrow.

does anyone do yoga?
i want to start doing yoga at home but i do not know how to get started.
does anyone have info about getting started, poses to try, good dvds or youtube clips?
